Whenever we leave to go anywhere, out the door, to the kitchen or just to the bedroom, Abby has to have both of her blankets and pacifier. She takes them everywhere and even though she isn't using them, they have to be within view.So one day we were on our way out the door and Steve was carrying Abby down the stairs, somehow he dropped her pacifier. They get to the bottom of the stairs and Abby looks up to see her pacifier near the top and in this caring, urgent little voice we hear, "I'm coming passy, I coming."
Another thing Abby has come up with, is if she is in a place where she can't get down, can't out, or wants to get up, she will look at us and throw out her arms and says, "HUG!!" "HUG!!" Darn cute little kid!! In fact as I am writing this entry right now, I can hear her say, "HUG."
Both of my children have been blessed with funny little personalities and being quick witted. I always find myself laughing at the little things that they come up with it. I love being a mom and being able to witness all of this.
