Trying to Figure out Life and blogger....

So I thought today I would sit down and update the blog, however, when I went to make all the cute design changes, well let's just say my head hurts!!!!  I think I will bug Steve to help me out with this.

We have been in Utah now for almost three months.  It has been so great living here.  We are truly happy.  I know that you can find happiness anywhere, but some places are a better fit than others.   We love the weather, the mountains, the location of our home, we have been as convenient to stores and things as we are now.  Most importantly, we are close to family.  I have lots of family who live here and there is something really great about that.  I have said before, this is certainly something we are going to miss like crazy when we move.

Just a few updates:  First up Mitch.  He is in second grade here and is doing really well.  He has really taken to reading, even if it is the captain underpants series.  He would rather read than play his ds and I will not complain about that.  He turns eight here in a couple of months and I see daily that my little boy is becoming a young man in many ways.  He tells me all the time that he doesn't want to grow up but I don't have the heart to tell him we can't stop it.

Abigail, well what can you say about her.  She is CRAZY!!  Really, I don't know how to even begin to tell you how much joy and fun she brings to our lives. Now Mitch wouldn't agree with that comment.  He would love for me to lock her up somewhere.  Abigail turned 3 a couple of months ago but acts like she is much older and wiser than her parents.  She thinks she can tell us what to do as long as she says it with a smile.  (Sad part, it actually works sometimes.)

We found out a couple of weeks ago that we are adding another girl to the family.  We have decided to name her Alexandra Belle.  For fun we thought we will call her Lexie Belle.  We had a friend to suggest Belle from living in Belle Chasse, La.  I have to agree, it was a cute middle name.   We can't wait for her to get here.  I have been getting the nursery all together and that has been bitter sweet.  It is fun to do but at the same time, it is sad to know that this will be our last child.  There is something very special about having a little one grow inside you and let's face it, new born babies are the most wonderful little people.  So we look forward to have little Lexie Belle.  We just hope Abby and Mitch will enjoy her too.

That's about it.  Guess we will be gearing up for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a new baby before we know it.
